Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 23, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Consensus Daily (“Consensus Daily,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you visit the website located at consensusdaily.com (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Summary

Consensus Daily is a content website. We do not require you to create an account. We display third-party advertising through Google AdSense and use privacy-friendly analytics, both of which are described below. We do not sell your personal information for money, though the use of advertising cookies may be treated as “sharing” or a “sale” under certain privacy laws; you can control this as explained in this Policy. Aside from advertising, the information we collect is limited and largely aggregated.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly. The Service does not offer user accounts or comments. If you contact us through our contact form or by email, we will receive your name, email address, and any information you include in your message. We use that information solely to respond to you.

Information collected automatically. When you access the Service, certain information is collected automatically by our hosting provider and analytics tools, including your approximate geographic location (such as country or region), device and browser type, operating system, the pages you view, the referring website, and the date and time of your visit. Our hosting infrastructure may also temporarily process technical data such as IP addresses as part of delivering and securing the Service.

3. Analytics

We use privacy-friendly, aggregated web analytics (provided through our hosting platform, Vercel) to understand how visitors use the Service, such as which pages are viewed and general traffic trends. This analytics data is collected in an aggregated form and is not used to identify individual visitors. It helps us measure performance and improve content. You can learn more about our analytics provider’s privacy practices on Vercel’s website.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our own analytics are configured to operate without cookies that identify you personally. However, the third-party advertising we display (see “Advertising” below) does use cookies and similar technologies. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; disabling them should not prevent you from reading the Service, though it may affect the relevance of the ads you see.

5. Advertising

We use Google AdSense, a third-party advertising service provided by Google, to display ads on the Service. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites, and to measure the performance of those ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, may show our ads on sites across the internet.

Personalized advertising. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to our Service and other sites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google’s Ads Settings at myadcenter.google.com. You can also opt out of a broader set of third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info/choices or, for users in Europe, youronlinechoices.eu.

Consent for users in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland. For visitors in these regions, we use a Google-certified consent management platform to request your consent before ads and related cookies are personalized, in line with applicable data-protection rules. You may accept, decline, or manage your choices when the consent message appears, and you can change your choices later through that tool.

6. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

  • operate, maintain, and deliver the Service;
  • monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve content and user experience;
  • detect, prevent, and address technical issues, security incidents, fraud, or abuse;
  • respond to your inquiries when you contact us; and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service relies on third-party providers to function, including our hosting and analytics provider (Vercel), our advertising provider (Google AdSense), and providers of embedded images. These providers may process limited technical data on our behalf, or as independent controllers in the case of advertising, in order to deliver their services. In addition, our articles may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties, and this Policy does not apply to them. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party website you visit, including how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

8. How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share limited information: (a) with service providers who help us operate the Service, under obligations of confidentiality; (b) if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; (c) to protect the rights, property, or safety of Consensus Daily, our users, or the public; or (d) in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case any successor will be bound by this Policy.

9. Data Retention

We retain automatically collected and analytics information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by law. Aggregated or anonymized data may be retained for longer periods. Email correspondence is retained for as long as needed to address your inquiry and for our records.

10. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@learnmyev.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

12. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). These may include the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, the right to object to or restrict certain processing, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights. Because we do not maintain user accounts and collect only limited, largely anonymous data, we may not hold information that identifies you. To exercise any applicable right, contact us at info@learnmyev.com, and we will respond as required by applicable law.

13. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no common industry standard for interpreting these signals, the Service does not currently respond to them differently. We nonetheless aim to minimize tracking as described in this Policy.

14. International Visitors

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate, which may have data-protection laws that differ from those in your country.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” above. Changes are effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

16. Contact

If you have any questions or requests regarding this Privacy Policy, please contact us at info@learnmyev.com.
