What's in the Elie Saab x H&M collection?
H&M Group describes embellished gowns, shimmering separates, sharply cut tailoring, fine lace, gradient sequins and Elie Saab monograms, across womenswear, menswear and accessories including footwear.
The headline reveal is a bridal look: a mermaid-shaped gown with a dramatic back train and a twisting off-the-shoulder top, worn with a hand-embroidered veil. H&M says it brings the house's bridal heritage into the collaboration.
How much will it cost?
H&M has not published prices. BURO Malaysia says the collection brings Saab's embellished, romantic eveningwear "to a high-street price point." Expect gowns and statement pieces to cost well above H&M's usual range, as with previous designer collaborations.
What happened at the Paris launch?
H&M hosted a party at the Palais Brongniart in Paris on September 28, draped in burgundy with a long red carpet. Guests included Amelia Gray, Gabbriette, Iris Law, Anok Yai, Imaan Hammam, Lila Moss and Marisa Abela. Robin S performed "Show Me Love," and H&M's Ann-Sofie Johansson called it "the perfect soundtrack to reveal this special ELIE SAAB H&M bridal look."
